Our client
FM Logistic is an international leader in logistics, offering end-to-end logistics services to companies across many sectors. Founded in France in 1967, the company has grown fast ever since and built a strong reputation on the global market. Its offering includes warehousing, distribution, transport, VAS, and omnichannel services.
FM Logistic runs logistics facilities in more than 14 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, which lets it effectively serve clients operating in different markets. The company invests in modern technology and management systems — warehouse automation and robotics, fleet monitoring, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
The challenge
Our brief was to build an engaged community and trust in the brand on LinkedIn — through high-quality expert content in English, aimed at an international audience and positioning FM Logistic as an industry leader.
- Building the image of the first-choice operator for sustainable supply chains.
- Promoting cross-dock and VAS services, and the company's work for the fashion, pharma, beauty, and retail sectors.
- Positioning the company and its people as experts on LinkedIn.
- Building a base of new followers through organic activity alone.

Our approach
Expert content that builds a leader's position
For this partnership we create high-quality expert content in English, published on LinkedIn and tailored to an international audience. We focus on building the brand's image as an industry leader and on engaging a professional community with substantive, genuinely useful posts.
We built the communication around original series: "Xperience30" for the company's 30th anniversary on the Polish market, "Route to results" showing concrete routes to success in logistics, the "FMvolution" theme (Revolution + FM) on the role of modern technology, and "No chaos, just flow" on how FM Logistic minimizes stress and chaos in the supply chain.

The first-choice operator for sustainable supply chains
A key pillar of the communication was positioning FM Logistic as the first-choice operator for sustainable supply chains. We published material showing the brand's responsible approach to logistics — from strategic partnerships to solutions that cut its carbon footprint.
We turned the green supply chain theme into concrete stories: the energy efficiency of the facilities, photovoltaic installations and heat pumps, or load consolidation that reduces CO2 emissions — content that built the brand's image as an environmentally conscious partner.

Promoting cross-dock and VAS services
We gave a separate strand of the communication to cross-dock and VAS services — and to the company's work for the fashion, pharma, beauty, and retail sectors. We showed how the flexible cross-docking model complements classic warehousing, speeding up transshipment and distribution with no needless delays.
We aimed the content at retail and wholesale — manufacturers, distributors, and retail chains in FMCG, pharma, beauty, and pet food — and to clients interested in co-packing, co-manufacturing, and e-commerce shipping straight to the end customer.

Employer branding and expert positioning
We carved out a dedicated series about the people who work there, showing both their professional and their personal side — the deep experience that drives the company forward, and the passions and interests that give the organization its distinctive character. In doing so we underline that FM Logistic's greatest asset is its people, which builds its standing as a trusted employer.
Employer branding communication opened up new business opportunities for employees — which is why, during the partnership, we ran one-on-one training for the management team. We also give regular visibility to the brand's experts, including the Commercial Director, the transport and operations directors, and the business development managers who comment on industry topics on social media.

What the paid campaigns delivered
Alongside the organic communication, we ran paid campaigns supporting the most important posts — targeted precisely at decision-making roles in retail companies with more than 51 employees. Among other things, we promoted episodes of the "Logistyczni" ("Logistics People") podcast and material on intermodal transport.
On an ad budget of 14,500 PLN, the campaigns delivered 324,000 post views, 317,000 video views, and 2,000 clicks and visits to the website.
