A supplement brand launch on social media that built recognition and a community from scratch
An end-to-end launch for Power Elements on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — 1.4M views on Facebook and 1.6M on TikTok in just the brand's first months on social media.

Our client
Power Elements is an all-in-one powdered dietary supplement that packs 77 active ingredients into a single daily serving. One scoop delivers vitamins, minerals, probiotics, prebiotics, adaptogens, superfoods, and enzymes — supporting the body every day and taking the place of many separate supplements.
The brand made its market debut in March 2026, so one of the key challenges was building its recognition and consumer trust from the ground up. The run-up to launch ran from November 2025 to March 2026 — that same month brought the first teaser posts, and the product went on sale in May 2026.
The challenge
Social Lama's brief was to bring a new supplement brand to market and build its recognition and credibility from scratch.
- Creating a consistent social media communication strategy.
- Building awareness of the new brand and product.
- Educating audiences about the product's ingredients and how it works.
- Building a community and engagement around the brand.

Our approach
Building brand recognition from scratch
From the start, Power Elements' communication focused on bringing the new brand to market effectively through the POWER IS COMING series. The goal was to build product recognition and explain to audiences what sets it apart from the competition.
We used content that presented the product, its formula, its benefits, and its everyday use. That let audiences get to know the brand and understand its unique value proposition.

Building an authentic, emotional relationship with the audience
The brand's communication rested not only on the product but also on the lifestyle of its audience. We showed how Power Elements fits into the daily routine of working, physically active people.
Lifestyle content brought the brand closer to its audience and built an emotional bond with the community.

Growing audience trust and building a credible image
One pillar of the communication was educational content about active ingredients, adaptogens, vitamins, and their effect on the body.
We regularly explained how individual ingredients work, debunked popular myths, and showed how to choose supplements consciously. That built the brand's position as an expert and increased audience trust.

Building an engaged community around a new brand
One of the goals was to create an active community around the new Power Elements brand. We worked with engaging content formats, the trends running through social media at the time, and posts that encouraged people to share their own experiences and opinions.
Another important part of the strategy was the brand taking an active part in the discussions under its posts. Regular moderation and day-to-day presence in the comments built closer relationships with the audience and reinforced an authentic brand image.
Working with UGC creators and authentic video content
Authentic content was one of the key elements of Power Elements' communication. We used both material made by outside UGC creators and content produced by the Social Lama team.
Combining the two let the brand show the product in the natural context of everyday life, react quickly to current trends, and build an authentic, engaging image on social media. The variety of material grew brand recognition and built audience trust effectively.
